I work with clients ranging from individual leaders seeking coaching support to organisations commissioning leadership programmes, Communities of Practice, organisational development initiatives and conflict transformation processes.
Because every engagement is tailored to the specific context, scope and aspirations of the client, fees vary depending on the nature and scale of the work.
Following an introductory conversation, I will provide a tailored proposal outlining recommended approaches and associated costs.
