Hi, I’m Reem Assil.
I am a facilitator, coach and organisational development partner working at the intersection of leadership, identity, power and justice.
I support individuals, organisations and communities to navigate complexity, deepen belonging, transform conflict, and cultivate more equitable ways of leading, working and being together.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and somatic practice. I bring a deep awareness of power, relationships and systems, creating spaces where people can engage honestly with challenge, reconnect with what matters, and move towards meaningful change.
Whether I am facilitating a leadership programme, supporting organisational development, coaching an individual leader, or working alongside teams through conflict and change, my approach centres collective care, accountability, courage and joy.
Because sustainable transformation is not simply about what we do.
It is about how we relate to ourselves, to one another, and to the systems we are part of.
Some of the Questions I Help People Explore
How do we lead with integrity in complex times?
How do we build cultures of belonging, accountability and trust?
How do we navigate power ethically and consciously?
How do we move beyond performative inclusion towards meaningful change?
How do we transform conflict into an opportunity for growth, learning and repair?
How do we sustain ourselves and our communities without burning out?
How do we create organisations where people can thrive, not simply survive?
