Hi, I’m Reem – a facilitator, coach, and systems thinker committed to transformational change rooted in equity, collective care, and embodied liberation.
I work with individuals, groups, and organisations navigating complex questions of identity, power, justice, and belonging. I bring a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and somatic approach to personal and organisational development.
I help people not just understand the systems around them, but feel their way through them, reconnect with what matters, and co-create cultures of care, courage and joy.
My goal is to empower them to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world they inhabit, while also assisting them in becoming more visible and recognised. Enabling them to see and be seen!
I provide a safe, trauma-informed and power-aware environment to facilitate personal and organisational growth. By focusing on key areas, I help you achieve your desired outcomes:
1. Personal and Organisational Identity: I assist individuals and teams in uncovering their unique identities, enabling them to align their values, purpose, and goals with their actions and strategies. I support them to deepen self-awareness, reconnect with purpose, and align values with practice. We co-create pathways that nourish growth while challenging injustice, at the pace of safety, trust and authenticity.
2. Leadership Development: I offer guidance and support to individuals and organisations seeking to enhance their leadership skills. I work with emerging and established leaders to cultivate brave, compassionate, and justice-rooted leadership. This includes one-to-one coaching, leadership journeys, and community-led programmes that prioritise authenticity, interdependence and repair.
3. Cultural Intelligence & Decolonial Practice: I support people and organisations to move beyond performative inclusion into deep, relational, and accountable engagement across difference. My approach to Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is embodied, intersectional, and decolonial. Through consultancy and group work, I support individuals and organisations to navigate multicultural environments with respect and inclusivity.
4. Personal and Organisational Conflict Transformation: I help individuals and organisations navigate conflict not as something to avoid or fix, but as a doorway to deeper understanding and more just ways of relating. Drawing on somatic tools and systemic insight, I specialise in guiding individuals and organisations through embodied conflict resolution, leveraging a unique somatic lens to uncover underlying tensions and facilitate transformative dialogue. By shifting power dynamics from power-over/power-under to power-with and power-within, I help navigate challenging situations, fostering equitable relationships and growth. With a focus on collaboration and advancement, I offer embodied conflict transformation techniques to turn challenges into opportunities for mutual understanding, growth and empowerment.
5. Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging: My practice is grounded in Transformational Justice. I support teams to co-create cultures where everyone can truly belong, not by assimilating, but by being seen and valued in their wholeness. This includes strategy, training, audits, and long-term accompaniment.
