Writing is one of the ways I make sense of the world.

It allows me to pause, notice patterns, explore questions and articulate ideas that emerge through my work with individuals, organisations and communities.

The reflections shared here are shaped by lived experience, academic inquiry, facilitation practice, community organising and countless conversations with people navigating leadership, identity, power, belonging and change.

I write about the things I find myself returning to again and again. Power and visibility. Leadership and accountability. Conflict and transformation. Belonging and exclusion. Collective care, wellbeing and joy.

I am less interested in offering definitive answers than I am in asking questions that invite deeper reflection, greater awareness and new possibilities.

My hope is that these writings offer something useful, whether that is a fresh perspective, a moment of recognition, a challenge to a familiar assumption, or simply a reminder that you are not alone in the questions you are carrying.
